The Tramway has reached its final destination!

On the 14th december 2019, Nice celebrated that the tramway finally opened up the last stations. Tramline 2 is the cheapest and fastest way to travel to Nice Côte d’Azur Airport from the city center, Vieux Ville, and port. The tram will have no airport surcharge and thus cost only the standard €1.50 per journey.
Our new tramway station is ”Garibaldi / Le Château” and takes us to the airport in only 22 minutes. That is great news 🙂 Tram in port

Bonjour spring! New look for the garden…

Finally spring is knocking on the door, so we decided to give the garden some extra love and a new look. First thing; selling our sofa for a good price to a young french couple who got very happy. After that we drove to Castorama and found a new one. Check!

We also bought plants, some new fancy pots and white marble stones to place on the ground.
Now the fun part begun; getting the nails dirty!

Et voilà, the results! We can’t wait to enjoy warm summer evenings in the garden.
It is so quiet and peaceful – a green oasis in the middle of old town. What a treat ❤

The Carnival is town, yeah!

Every year in early spring, the Carnival is in town!
